Chips realize infinite possibilities, and Hotchip Technology has held cooperation consultations with former Malaysian Prime Minister and Malaysia China Business Council (MCBC).
The Chinese delegation led by the China Council for the Promotion of International Economic and Technological Cooperation (CCPIT) visited the Malaysia China Business Council for in-depth exchanges and cooperation discussions. The delegation members include Zhang Xiyu, consultant of the China Association for the Promotion of International Economic Cooperation, Lai Zelian, chairman of Shenzhen Hotchip Technology Co., Ltd., Liu Peixin, chairman of Hainan Nanhai Modern Fisheries Group Co., Ltd. and other members of the China Association for the Promotion of International Economic Cooperation.

Dr. Datuk Yang Desheng, Director and Chairman of the Education Committee of the Malaysia China Business Council, and Du Hanhui, CEO of the Malaysia China Business Council, warmly welcomed the arrival of the China Promotion Association and Hotchip Technology, and comprehensively introduced Malaysia’s trade and investment situation.
During the talks, both sides had passionate and constructive discussions on bilateral economic cooperation between China and Malaysia, with a particular focus on the potential for cooperation in the marine economy and semiconductor industry. This meeting not only deepened the understanding between both sides, but also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation, opening up more new ways to promote bilateral trade and investment.
Hotchip Technology proposed at the conference to use heterogeneous integrated chips as the core and achieve localized manufacturing through modularization. We hope to closely cooperate and explore opportunities for cooperation on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Malaysia and China next year.
In addition to friendly meetings with the Malaysia China Council as a delegation, Hotchip Technology also focused on meeting with former Malaysian Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob and ARFF President Datuk Seri Minchul. With its profound technological accumulation, Hotchip Technology has weathered the wave of digital transformation and gained widespread recognition from domestic and foreign business leaders for its firm path of independent innovation.

During the meeting, former Malaysian Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Jacob expressed appreciation for Huaxin Group’s adherence to the path of independent innovation, and expressed his earnest expectations for further deepening China Malaysia technological exchanges and cooperation. He hoped that more Chinese enterprises could join hands with Malaysia to promote regional technological progress and economic prosperity in Asia, especially around the ASEAN region.
Based on a common vision and background, Hotchip Technology Company has proposed a grand strategy to leverage the advantages of Chinese manufacturing and promote localized production through efficient chip and modular approaches. Mr. Lai Zelian, the chairman of the company, enthusiastically shared this strategy at the meeting, pointing out that as a leader in the Chinese chip industry, the company not only performs well in the domestic market, but also is committed to providing cost-effective products in the ASEAN market to meet the unique needs of local consumers and provide customized solutions.
Implementing localized manufacturing is not an easy task. This requires not only strong technological research and development support from Hotchip Technology, but also careful planning and layout for the local business environment, cultural characteristics, and consumer habits based on a deep understanding of the ASEAN market. Hotchip Technology is willing to work hand in hand with ASEAN countries to continuously expand new market margins through the power of technology and innovation, and is committed to building a technologically advanced and mutually beneficial new era business ecosystem. As one of the ASEAN countries, Malaysia has unique geographical and commercial advantages, making it the first ideal regional partner for Hotchip Technology to explore the ASEAN market.
The former Prime Minister of Malaysia highly recognized Mr. Lai Zelian’s statement that technological exchanges have no boundaries. In today’s rapidly developing era, chips have become an indispensable key element in promoting social progress and various industries. We have reason to believe that through deep cooperation between enterprises and exploration of innovative cooperation models, Hotchip Technology can not only help China’s chip manufacturing expand to more countries, but also contribute Chinese wisdom and strength to the technological development and progress of human civilization in ASEAN and even the world.
